Seeing as I do not work, nor have any particular type of organization. I am going to use an example from a Video Game, world of Warcraft seeing as I am a guild leader of a guild there which is basically the big boss of people who play the game who choose to be in my guild. I use this as an example because the game is an online game meaning it is real people in my guild, real people I am playing the game with. The name of the guild is Royal Knights, so I will use that instead of calling it my organization or my guild.

We are an enlightened bunch of people. I do have this reward system where people get recognized, promoted; I have done contests to find reasons to give gold or items out to people. We are very organized even in the positions that I have to offer the people. I have a raid council leader who handles all things raids. I have a bank manager and his assistants who help keep the bank managed, they would be considered a treasurer if you prefer to use that term but they don’t just handle the funding that comes in, they handle items placed in the guild bank as well.

I believe we have a high amount of performance; my members get a goal to reach and will usually meet the goals that are given by me or my officers.
